Brittany Davies has over 20 years of experience in HR. Her experience spans multiple industries and within organizations at varoius stage and size.

She has expertise in PEO, as a former HR Consultant within the industry, as well as experience leading transitions outside of PEO relationships.

In her last position as Chief People Officer at a Saas org, she led all aspects including People Ops, talent & performance, engagement, and culture design—ensuring that organizational growth and culture move in lockstep.

She was recognized as one of Poets & Quants’ 2023 Best and Brightest Executive MBA Students while earning her degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
